Who we are

What we process and why

When you visit scailarc.com, your browser sends us technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use it to deliver and protect the website, to follow visitor numbers and to see how the call demo is used.

We also use a visitor analytics service that looks up which organisation an IP address belongs to. It shows us which organisations visit the site and which pages they view, so we can see who is interested in our work and plan our outreach. We do not use it to identify individual people.

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply to you.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website, developing our business and answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies

The site does not store cookies or other identifiers on your device for analytics or advertising.

Service providers and retention

Our service providers host and deliver the website and run the visitor analytics. Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, we rely on an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data. We keep it only as long as these purposes require.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it. You can also object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest.
